In 2007, Mr. Ocaka Bosco founded his organization—also known as Lubanga Lapit Kic ("God Feeds Orphans")—driven by a personal background as an orphan and a mission to serve marginalized populations in Uganda.
Key Highlights of His Outreach (2007–Present)
Founding & Roots (2007): Started as a grassroots movement dedicated to helping impoverished children, widows, elderly individuals, and persons with disabilities.
Education & Orphan Care: Provided academic sponsorship, including school fees, supplies, and uniforms for thousands of orphaned and vulnerable children.
Economic Empowerment: Established financial literacy programs, local savings circles, and microfinance training—particularly supporting over 10,000 women and widows.
Livestock & Livelihood Aid: Distributed animals (such as piglets) and agricultural equipment to promote sustainable family income generation.
Healthcare & Direct Aid: Provided essential supplies (food, shelter, medical assistance) for vulnerable individuals, chronic disease patients, and elderly community members.
