The village-to-village training initiatives led by Mr. Ocaka Bosco combine community-level financial education with cultural structures to foster sustainable self-reliance across Uganda.

Training & Group Organization

Microfinance & Savings Education: Hands-on workshops deliver practical training in group savings, micro-loans, basic bookkeeping, and small-scale business management to help vulnerable populations build financial resilience.

Reintegration into Tribal Groups: Following the initial financial training, participants are organized into their respective tribal and cultural groups. This structure leverages traditional leadership, local chief accountability, and shared cultural values to ensure long-term trust and social support within each savings group.

Target Beneficiaries: These programs focus on uplifting underserved and vulnerable groups across Northern Uganda and other regions, including youth, young mothers, orphans, elderly individuals, and low-income families.

Livelihood Integration: Savings groups are frequently linked to practical income-generating projects—such as agriculture, livestock farming (piggery, poultry), beekeeping, and technical trade skills—enabli
